IdeaAt the time of the wine-harvest, Tuscany is at its most picturesque, with people working among the vines, colours turning towards autumn and the scent of fermenting grapes. A wonderful moment for a farm-stay in the hills of the Chianti, with the aim of learning Italian. Terre di Baccio is a farm, but also a place dedicated to making its guests feel truly welcome. Beautiful original furniture, carefully chosen ingredients and skillful preparation of breakfast and meals, which are accompanied by a selection of quality wines and olive oil. Group: minimum 3 maximum 10 participants There may be slight differences in level among participants but as groups are small, students are given plenty of individual attention. The teacher is adept at managing situations of this kind and will organize group work in such a way as to ensure that everyone benefits. Dates 2012: September 24 to September 30 October 1 to 7
Fees: 1 week € 850 (in double room) Included in the fee: the whole program as described above, the accompanying teacher, accommodation with full board Not included : transfer from Florence station or airport to the Farm € 80 This course may also be taken by single individuals or small groups on dates chosen by the participants during harvest time - from mid September to approximately 20 October.
